Hope this helps someone. I did the Ancients last. So, I had both the Wardens and the Druids unlocked for dailies prior to going for the other three. Not sure how much of an impact that will add to the situation other than, obviously, if you haven't unlocked either the Wardens or the Druids, she won't be there.

To recap what others have said above, at the Front she's one of three places Ricket , Ricket , or Ricket , depending upon her daily quest. Two of her four possible quests require you first to complete Into the Fire or The Forlorn Spire that day, and you can choose only one, so choose wisely.
